Whether it is a single-family house, an office or an industrial plant – we will plan and manufacture your individual special stations on request, which will be precisely adapted to your local conditions. With the help of high-quality compact molded parts made of red or gray cast iron, which we assemble flat-sealing and twist-proof, we guarantee a precise, robust and space-saving design. We design the associated mounting frame in such a way that your transfer station can be installed easily and accurately, even in difficult local conditions.

In addition to a flexible primary connection that can be connected from all sides of the district heating station, we offer you the option of an indirect connection.
With our practical modular design, your district heating station can be easily integrated into your building.

Reliable & high quality – the certified ewers quality

In the manufacture of our special stations, as with all our products, we use high-quality materials that make our products more durable, robust and efficient. We manufacture our molded parts as far as possible in our own design to guarantee high standards.

Our special stations on mounting frames are composed of

• a welded, powder-coated mounting frame made of stainless steel,
• individually adjustable feet
• and vibration dampers that decouple sound.

Founded in 1963 – today we have mature expertise that we have developed over decades and continue to educate. In order to provide our customers with a high-performance and long-lasting special station, we place the highest demands on materials and construction methods.

Construction of our special stations

In order to offer you individual comfort, we manufacture stations with a pressure rating of PN40 on request. Our range includes stations with a nominal power size of up to DN250. From a nominal size of DN100 on the primary side, you receive the plant as a welded construction, which enables outputs from 10 MW upwards. The temperature range extends up to 135 degrees Celsius.

*The two durable casting materials differ in their corrosion resistance: while gunmetal is corrosion-free, ductile iron is corrosion-resistant.

We manufacture all our district heating stations in accordance with the guidelines of DIN 4747-1 and AGFW. We are pleased to be able to present our high standards and quality features in black and white: Our company works CE-certified and assembles your station so that it arrives at your site ready for connection.
