PU insulation from ewers: Economical insulation of heat transfer stations

Whether half-shell insulation or complete PU insulation housing – with our high-quality, dimensionally accurate constructions you insulate your heat transfer station economically, efficiently and functionally. The close-to-body design prevents thermal bridges from forming between the insulation and the fitting due to high air movements, which counteract the maximum savings effect of the thermal insulation. To avoid such high energy losses, ewers develops individual polyurethane insulations for you, which adapt perfectly to your fittings.

Our polyurethane insulations are a clever combination of first-class quality, high durability and an extremely low thermal conductivity of only 0.031 W/(m K). High-quality tongue and groove joints encompass the entire construction and promise exceptionally high density – making problems such as heat and energy loss a thing of the past when it comes to insulating your heat transfer station.

All our thermal insulations are composed of an insulating core of rigid polyurethane foam and a polystyrene outer jacket. We place great emphasis on high-quality materials, so you benefit from flawless density and a long service life. Thanks to a simple modular design, the insulation systems can also be installed and removed quickly and without any special knowledge – so you can also use the insulation again elsewhere.

From the idea to the production of individual small parts, we limit ourselves to our own in-house materials and the skills of our expert employees. We can show you our high standards in black and white: ewers has a TÜV certificate and all our products are CE-certified as well – we meet all legal requirements regarding temperature range, fire behavior and building material approval.
