Initial situation
The Waldbad Sehnde of the Stadtwerke Sehnde GmbH has been properly
re-equipped this year. At last, swimmers and bathers can jump back into the water at pleasant temperatures. Our stations supply both the large swimming pool and the small non-swimmer pool.
The energy source is a CHP & combined
heat and power unit for electricity and heat generation. The new CHP went into operation at the beginning of September and now heats the pool to a comfortable 24 °C. Good news for all swimming enthusiasts the season time is extended until September 30, 2021.
